Five hundred acres,
on the Trinity flyway.

A private estate ninety miles southeast of Dallas — flooded timber, lakes, marshes, a river, and a lodge built for one party at a time.

i.The Land

Shaped year by year,
for the way ducks move.

Flooded timber
OPEN MARSH · Sunrise

Five hundred acres in the heart of the Trinity flyway. A 31-acre lake. A mile and a half of Trinity River shoreline. Forty acres of flooded timber. The land was assembled and shaped, year over year, to behave the way ducks expect it to.

The reserve sits between Cedar Creek Reservoir and the Richland Creek Wildlife Management Area — the kind of geography that does most of the work before the season starts. Within the property, every acre has been managed: moist-soil units, food plots, custom shore blinds, road systems cut quietly through the timber so the wind does what you want it to. Nothing here is convenient. It is intentional.

You'll hunt over flooded timber that draws wood ducks on a clock; over moist-soil units where mallards, pintails, and teal feed heavy; from custom blinds along the lakes and marshes; and from secluded riverline that the deer use because they were left alone. We host one party at a time. The land is yours for the duration.

Thermal Hog

Year-Round

Every itinerary includes a night run. NVGs, thermal optics, real East Texas pigs. The story you'll tell over breakfast.

iv.

Dove

September – October

Sunflower fields cut for the season. Mourning dove and white-wing in heavy flight lines, with the lodge a short walk away.

iii.  The Ranges

Designed with intention.

The ranges at Skyfall are not an activity slot. They are a permanent part of the property, designed and operated by close friends of the founder — combat-seasoned veterans with serious credentials and a serious commitment to doing things right. Every line, every angle, every drill was put there for a reason.

Rifle, pistol, carbine, shotgun. Long-range steel. Tactical instruction available for those who want it; quiet practice for those who don't. Run them in the morning, after the hunt, or instead of one. The schedule is yours.

iv.The Lodge

Built for the party,
not the brochure.

Forty-eight hundred square feet, completed in 2021. Nine rooms — queen beds and double twins. A great room with a fireplace, a saloon called the Blind Tiger, a mudroom with hardwood lockers and gun racks, an outdoor fire pit, and a kitchen run by chefs who cook what was shot.

The lodge is yours for the duration. There are no time slots, no other parties, no rotation. Decompress between adrenaline dumps. Reconnect with your crew. Stay up late.
